link takes you to a web site at http://218.45.31.165/ which does not seem to
be part of the eBay web site. According to the Internet's whois database, the
IP address is currently being used by the company CT1 located in Japan
Filling out the form could very well lead to your eBay account being compromised.
Filling out the rest of the information gives the scammers information about
you and your credit card.
Please be very careful when providing sensitve personal information to a web site.
